SPECIALIST COACHING SESSIONS

WOMEN'S WORKSHOPS
"To promote women's surfing"

 

We run coaching workshop days for females only.

These days are aimed at women who already surf and are aiming to develop their skill levels, fitness etc.

We educate and advice on all aspects of the sport such as skill development, equipment, nutrition and diet, contest preparation and tactics etc.

"These workshops also offer the girls a great opportunity to meet other female surfers and make new friends and contacts and to give each other support and encouragement in this fast growing section of the sport"

GROMMET CLUB
The Saturday morning 'Grommet Club' is held at the BSA Surf School on Lusty Glaze Beach from May to the end of September.
It is aimed at local kids from 8-14 years old.

This is the surf club for the local 'mini-groms' in the area to be coached through the B.S.A.'s ‘Junior Surfer Scheme.'This is where the 'surf stars' of tomorrow are made.

LONGBOARD/SHORTBOARD/BODYBOARD WORKSHOPS
We will be running specialist coaching days for all these styles of surfing.

The sessions will be run by experienced and qualified coaches and assisted by some of the country's top surfers in each discipline.
