I would like to thank all the coaches who looked after all the students of Tamarside Community College. This is the second school trip that my son Carl Maloney has done. First in 2006 and again this year. He raved on about it for ages. Well done lads n lasses. Its nice to see teenagers with so much enthusiasm, you obviously make it well cool as they would say.
Thanks from an un-cool mum, ha. Tracy Taylor |

Hello, Just a quick email to say thank you guys so much for making our girls birthday weekend in Newquay so memorable. We were a group of nine girls that came down from Cardiff and had a lesson on Saturday 31st May with Dave and Will. Except for myself, all the girls were first timers and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience, I’m sure we will be talking about it for a long time to come. We may even have got a few budding surfers out of it- hehe!
Thank you guys again. Best regards,
Kate Lewis. |

Hi guys, Me and four mates were down at Fistral on Saturday celebrating my good mate Simon’s last day of freedom and we fitted in a session with Will and Neil, which was a first for all of us.
We were planning to book through ******* surf school but were really impressed with the set up you had down there and signed up.
Despite the apprehension and the highly physical process of squeezing the neoprene over our most curvaceous bellies, we had a great time learning the art of trimming, paddling and actually getting up on the board. The teaching was awesome, Neil was very patient and answered all the questions without looking like he wanted to slap us for being so thick and alas, I think we all had a stand and a ride by the end which Neil and Will seemed genuinely happy for us to achieve.
Needless to say, in the bar afterwards, we all discussed giving up work, buying a campervan and a number of boards while passing comment on the surfing vid that was on the TV and suggesting that the guy riding the 30ft roller was standing too far back on the board cos of course, we’re all awesome pro-surfers!!!!
Anyhoo, just a big thank you to you guys, I’m off to look at accommodation for my next visit where I’ll defo be back for some more lessons!
Take it easy, Tom |
